Homework was to read about amphibians and do workbook pages 228-230. Thursday: In class we learned about reptiles, birds, and mammals. We did 2 sections out of 3 workbook sections in class. Homework was to read about an animal group they haven't read and do workbook pages 232-243. Only the ones not finished in class

Lagunitas Fundraising Event for McKinley 6th Grade Outdoor Education Camp. Yes, you did read that correctly. This evening of food and entertainment at Lagunitas is to help send McKinley Elementary 6th graders to camp. This year, they have been fundraising continuously all year and are very close to raising the $12,000 they need. Lagunitas Night – on Tuesday, March 12th from 5:30 to 8:30pm, Lagunitas will donate all adult beverage sales to McKinley PTA for 6th grade camp. Tickets for the event are $20 per adult and $10 for kids 12 and under. Included in the ticket price are food from Buon Appetito (appetizers, pasta, tacos, desserts, beverages) and live entertainment by 3rd Party. Lagunitas is located right around the corner at 1228 McDowell Blvd. Come join Penngrove teachers, parents, and your principal in supporting this event!
